		<description>I pretty much agree completely with your assessment. I felt parts were a little too &quot;touchy feely&quot; but otherwise thought it had a lot of useful information. 

I also agree that there is no substitute for having run through a few retrospectives, but I found many of the ideas to be a refreshing change from the overdone +/-/delta session. For example, I really like the dot-voting and 5-why activities.
