Why “Practially Agile”? As with many blog titles, it is a play on words. The philosophy of this blog and its author is based in practical application of concepts in a wide range of disciplines including analysis, programming, architecture, testing, and project management. The Agile value system and family of practices make a significant contribution. That said, there is a significant trend to something beyond Agile, what some are calling post-Agile. As such, there will be little dogma and much more pragmatism.
Also, the word pragmatic is essentially owned by some people I respect considerably.
